Most roads in New Orleans have a 2-way bridge.  As pretty as it may appear to be, this can also be a scary road to pass by if someone drives by drunk and desides to drive down the middle.

You don't see too many old-fashioned gasoline stations anymore, but in New Orleans you do.  Pumps work and someone is always there to attend to you.

Remember when Piggly Wiggly had these old-fashioned carts?  Sackers at old grocery stores used to carry out your groceries in this carts.  Guess what?  They're back!  An airport in Houston has a small grocery store inside and sackers help you out with your groceries.  So interestingly to see again, had to ask for a  down-memory-lane photo.  Only question is:  Why would any traveler buy groceries at the airport?

"I fed all the horses paw-paw"...two year-old Tristan loves to come to his paw-paw's home and visit the horses.  He loves to feed them and is impatiently waiting to be 4 to be able to ride his horse.

It's all about fishing on Lake Bentsen.  Most little ones show excitement on their first time fishing.

North Bentsen Road in McAllen has a vicinity with a beautiful lake.  Residents come together and help keep this place nice and clean.  There are flocks of ducks that fly in and swim and a couple of residents have canoes that they use to row around the lake.  At sunset, this is the view.

A local nursery had this little piece of art in a corner by a huge tree.  Thought this would look even nicer if each piece of rock was cemented to a sidewalk or a small path along a landscaped area.

Do you throw away those bread bag ties?  Don't.  Try identifying all your cords behind the computer so that next time you have troubleshooting, you will know which plug to check out.

As the sun begins to set, the skies and Mexico City are illuminated by our powerful light fixture up in the sky.
